Sail Inventory: two mains (one is full batten), working jib, 135% genoa,150% genoa. Roller reefing/furling on headstay.
Power: 25 HP Universal Atomic 4 has been rebuilt and converted to fresh water cooling; Martec folding prop.
Basic sail instrumentation: Knot meter, Depth and Windpoint plus VHF and pedestal mounted compass.
Hull topsides and deck/cabin top refurbished and painted (AWL Craft); wetted surfaces blasted and barrier coated, all in 2005. Teak handrails, coaming boards and companionway are varnished and protected with sun covers.
Accommodations: Vee berth in forward cabin. Proceeding aft: to port, head compartment, dinette settee that converts to double berth and galley. To starboard, hanging locker, settee/berth, nav. station and quarter berth.
Tender: Restored eight foot wooden dinghy (may have been an Old Town), e-glass sheathed outside, canoe type seats and canvass cover.
Vessel is USCG Documented, is offered by second owners (owned since 1991) and is berthed in slip #10, Ginney Point Marina, Cobbs Creek, Mathews. A fall 2016 marine survey is available.
